Refund & Service Duration Policy – Training & Educational Programs
This policy applies to all training courses, workshops, and educational programs offered by [Klima Healthcare Management Services].
- Service Duration
All training programs are delivered for a defined service duration as stated in the official course description. The service duration begins from the announced course start date, not the registration date.
Access to training sessions, learning platforms, recorded content, digital materials, assessments, and academic support is provided only within the specified service period and will automatically expire at the end of the course term. Missed sessions, delayed attendance, or personal circumstances do not extend the service duration. - Online & Digital Access
For online or blended courses, access is granted for the duration stated in the course outline. Once login credentials, recordings, or digital materials are shared, access remains valid only within the approved service period and is not extendable unless officially approved. - Refunds Before Course Start
Refund requests are accepted only before the official course start date, in accordance with the terms announced at the time of registration. Administrative or payment gateway fees may be non-refundable. - Refunds After Course Start
Once the course has started, or once access credentials or learning materials have been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Non-attendance
• Partial attendance
• Failure to complete the course
• Personal or work-related reasons - Course Cancellation by Provider
If [Klima Healthcare Management Services] cancels or postpones a course, participants may choose between:
• A full refund, or
• Transfer to a future scheduled intake - Deferrals & Exceptions
A one-time deferral may be granted under exceptional circumstances (such as medical reasons or force majeure), subject to approval. Deferral does not reset or extend the original service duration unless explicitly stated in writing. - Policy Acceptance
Enrollment and payment confirm full understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Service Duration Policy.
[Klima Healthcare Management Services] reserves the right to amend this policy, with the version valid at the time of registration being applicable.
